Dr. Marc Diana, Founder and Current CEO of LeadPoint

Mr. Diana has utilized his extensive experience over the last decade in the interactive marketplace to launch LeadPoint.com, the premier patent-pending exchange platform that allows the buying and selling of leads in a free market environment, while ensuring fair-market pricing and fraud protection.
Mr. Diana most recently served as one of the founding members of eCompanies venture LowerMyBills.com. Mr. Diana worked alongside the CEO, overseeing business and corporate development actives. Through securing relationships with service providers and distribution partners, he processed the fulfillment of multiple product lines for the online marketplace. Mr. Diana also put into place LowerMyBills.com's annual operating plans that guided it to become a category leader.
Mr. Diana spent several years as Vice President of Business and Corporate Development for Innovent Group, an early stage investment and management company. Mr. Diana oversaw the development of three ventures including conceptualization, modeling, planning, financing, incorporating and establishing operations and business processes. He also co-founded and served as President and board member for Broadband Studios, an IP-based content production and distribution provider.
Previously Mr. Diana led the formation of strategic alliances and the acquisition of new business relationships as the VP of Business Development at Media Revolution, an interactive development company. He increased annual sales four times and tripled the staff within a one-year time period.
Mr. Diana also served as Director of Business Development for iXL, a Los Angeles-based interactive development company where he established entertainment, sports, technology, government and educational vertical markets generating over $4 million in annual sales and oversaw follow on account management of key clientele.
As an interactive consultant, Mr. Diana has lent his expertise to a variety of industries including retail, travel, finance, media, manufacturing and the entertainment fields. He has assisted companies including Twentieth Century Fox, Mitsubishi Corporation, Staples, The Wherehouse, Baker and Taylor, Technicolor, Kia Motors America, Mirage Resorts, Electronic Arts, Mattel, Charter Communications, DirecTV, Knowledge Universe, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Countrywide Home Loans, Disney and Warner Bros.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Diana also served on the founding team for National Geographic Interactive, where he managed sales, marketing and distribution. He also held marketing and sales positions at Sony Pictures Entertainment.
